Business Sponsorships

For those businesses or organizations that could benefit from having their sponsorship of the band visible to the community, we have defined four levels that involve different sizes of advertising on our new white  Featherlite band trailer.  This trailer travels with us to each concert and provides sponsor visibility both on the road and at the concert site.   Each set of ads are produced in full color on a white background from sponsor-supplied electronic art work.

In addition to placement of advertising or a logo on our trailer, every sponsor receives additional recognition:

1. Listing of sponsoring organizations’ names along with brief descriptions in our concert programs,
2. Recognition of Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors during the conductor’s remarks while delivering 8 to 12 concerts per year,
3. Display of all sponsors’ logos on a separate banner we will place near the Band during concerts.
4. Listing of Sponsors by category on our website, and
5. Mention of Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors in recruiting and promotional articles and in captions of photos placed in local media.

Platinum ($5,000)

One Platinum Sponsor would receive exclusive use of a 6 foot by 2 foot space on both sides of our trailer just below the Band’s logo.   A total of 24 square feet of space would ensure everyone observing our trailer would notice this Sponsor’s logo and be able to read any marketing messages associated with it from a considerable distance.

Gold ($3,500)

One Gold Sponsor would have use of two 3 foot by 3 foot spaces on both sides of  the nose of the trailer.  Since the nose is shaped like a “V,” this location provides visibility from both the front and partially from the sides of the trailer.  A total of 18 square feet of space will create substantial visibility.

Silver ($2,500)

One Silver Sponsor would gain access to a prime 4 foot by 2.5 foot space on our trailer’s tailgate.   A total of 10 square feet of space in one location would give this sponsor an opportunity for both a logo and other marketing messages.

Bronze ($300)

Eight Bronze Sponsors would have exclusive use of a 24 inch by 16 inch space on both sides of our trailer.  The aspect ratio of this space corresponds to the size of a business card and should minimize any Sponsor effort required to deliver electronic artwork to us.

Since the Band has demonstrated an ability to attract audiences of at least 200 people when playing as part of a larger event or when delivering an independent concert, Sponsors can expect exposure of their sponsorship and identity to thousands of listeners and others who observe our trailer in our target areas of Talbot, Caroline and Dorchester Counties each year.
